Calculator Online is built around the idea that calculators should not require accounts, identifiers, or personal data. Everything you type into a calculator runs in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.

We do not sell data. We do not run cross-site tracking. We do not have an advertising network.

1. Information we collect

When you visit Calculator Online, your browser automatically shares standard technical information with our hosting provider: IP address, browser type, operating system, and the URL of the page you visited. This data is used to serve the page and detect abuse (e.g. denial-of-service traffic). It is retained for a limited period and then discarded.

We do not collect names, email addresses, payment information, or any other personally identifying details, because no part of the site requires you to provide them.

2. Calculator inputs

Numbers, dates, and other values you enter into a calculator are processed entirely in your browser. They are not sent to our servers. You can verify this by opening your browser's network tab while using a calculator.

The single exception is calculators that fetch live data (e.g. the currency converter, which calls the European Central Bank reference rates API). In that case the request contains only the currency codes, no personal data.

3. Cookies

Calculator Online does not set cookies. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics tags that would set cookies on your behalf.

If we later add a privacy-respecting analytics tool (e.g. anonymized page-view counts via a self-hosted Plausible or Umami instance), we will update this policy and tell you what data is collected and how to opt out.

4. Third-party services

A small number of pages depend on external APIs to function correctly:

• Currency Converter: live exchange rates from frankfurter.app (ECB data). Their privacy policy applies to that request.

These services see your IP address as part of the standard HTTP request, but receive no other data from Calculator Online.

5. Children

Calculator Online is suitable for general audiences, including students. Because we do not collect personal information, there is nothing for us to delete or process if a child uses the site.

6. Your rights

Because we do not maintain user accounts or personally identifying records, there is no profile to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold information about you and want it removed, contact us using the form on our Contact page.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our data practices change. The Last updated date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the homepage for at least 14 days.
